Eggs                              3                                                              

  Cinnamon                     1 tsp

Flour                             1  cup

Salt                               ¼ tsp

Sugar                            1 cup

Butter                           ½ cup

Water                           1 cup    


  1. Melt butter in saucepan  and add water and bring to a simmer
  2. Sift together flour and salt then add into simmering  water mixture and mix into full combined into  a ball
  3. Remove from stove and transfer batter into a clean bowl and slowly add one egg at a time until fully incorporated into dough mixture
  4. Fill piping bag and pipe into frying oil until golden brown  
  5. Combine sugar and cinnamon and coat the churro completely in sugar
